THE BOOKING PROCESS
Planning a wedding or any event can feel overwhelming—there’s so much to think about! But once you’ve secured your key suppliers, you can breathe a little easier knowing the experts have everything under control. Events, florals and decor is our passion—we live and breathe them—so let us take this off your plate and bring your vision to life. We have tried to make our booking process as simple and stress-free possible. You don’t need to have every little detail figured out yet—that’s what we’re here for! If you love pretty things as much as we do, you’re already a perfect fit.
1. Get in touch!
Complete our Contact Form and we will get in touch.
2. Questionairre
If we still have your date available we will send you a questionnaire. Please provide us with as much info a possible. Please also provide us with at least 5 reference images or a Pinterest board. Please make sure to add a budget, as we need this to proceed with the quote.
3. Quote in Progress
Once we have all the details, we’ll put together a detailed quote and look book to help you visualise your day within 14 business days. If it’s peak wedding season, it may take a little longer—but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!
4. Schedule a Meeting
Most couples don’t need a consultation, but if you'd like to discuss your quote in more detail, we can arrange a virtual or in-person meeting.
5. Tweak your Quote
Once you have received your quote we are happy to tweak it to make sure it is the best fit for you. We offer 3 changes free of charge. Thereafter we charge per consultation.
6. Secure your Date
Once you’ve signed the contract and paid the 50% booking fee, your date is officially booked! We cannot wait to share in this special journey!
7. Final Review
4 weeks prior to your wedding we will be in touch to discuss the final details. We will then finalize all logistics, last small changes etc.
8. Last Payment
4 weeks prior to your wedding your outstanding balance is due. We then need to start paying suppliers etc.
